Verified Organization
A Verified Organization is an issuer whose identity has been reviewed and confirmed by the Creadefy team. Verified organizations display a 
verification badge on every public credential verification page they issue. This badge tells verifiers — employers, institutions, recruiters — that the trusted issuer behind the credential is a real, confirmed organization, not just an unverified account.
Why Verification Matters
Credential value depends on issuer trust. A verifiable credential from a verified organization carries significantly more weight because verifiers can confirm both the credential content and the issuer’s identity in a single page visit.

Eligibility Requirements
Active paid plan (Pro or Enterprise) — the Verified status is not available on the Free tier.
An organization profile created in your Creadefy dashboard with a name and domain.
Supporting documents proving the organization’s legitimacy and your role within it.
Required Documents
Organization legitimacy
Certificate of incorporation, business registration, GST/tax registration, trademark certificate, or an equivalent government-issued document that proves the organization exists as a legal entity.
Your role
Company email address, appointment letter, employee or contractor ID, or an official letter confirming you are authorized to act on behalf of the organization.
How to Apply

Upgrade to a paid plan — Verified status requires a Pro or Enterprise subscription. Visit the pricing page to upgrade.

Complete your organization profile — Go to Organization Settings in your dashboard and fill in the organization name, domain, and any optional details.

Submit the verification form — Find the Verified Organization button on your organization page and submit the form with your supporting documents attached.

Await review — The Creadefy team reviews applications within a few business days. You’ll receive an email when your status is updated.

Alternative — Can't access the form? Email us via the Contact page with your documents, organization name, and domain. We'll handle it manually.
