Creadefy is a digital credential management platform built for organizations that need to issue, track, and verify credentials at scale — without PDFs, without blockchain complexity, and without friction. Every credential is a high-quality PNG image backed by a unique, permanent verification URL.
What is Creadefy?
Creadefy lets you design beautiful certificate and badge templates, define dynamic recipient-specific fields, and issue thousands of personalised credentials in a single click. Recipients receive a shareable link they can add to a LinkedIn profile, email signature, or website — and anyone who follows that link instantly sees a real-time verification page confirming the credential is authentic and still active.

Four Core Concepts
Everything in Creadefy builds on four concepts. Events and Groups are the organizational layer that makes managing large-scale issuance clean and predictable.
Template
The visual design and field schema for a credential type. A template defines what the credential looks like and which dynamic fields — name, date, course title, score — it contains.
Event
The organizing container for a credential campaign — a training cohort, conference, awards programme, or any structured issuance. Events hold your groups and recipients, keeping large operations tidy.
Recipient
A person or entity receiving a credential. Each recipient belongs to an event and can be placed in one or more groups. Their field values personalise every issued credential.
Credential
The final issued artefact — a unique high-resolution PNG generated from a template and recipient. Each credential gets its own permanent verification URL and QR code.
How It Works
The Creadefy workflow follows seven ordered steps. Events and Groups sit between your template and recipients — giving large-scale issuance a clean organizational layer that scales from ten credentials to ten thousand.

Quick Start
Follow these steps to issue your first digital credentialin under ten minutes.

Create an account — Sign up at creadefy.com and verify your email address.

Set up your organization — Create an organization profile if issuing on behalf of a company, institution, or team. Individuals can skip this step.

Create a template — Choose a certificate / badge template from our Template Library and customize it or Upload your own background and use the built-in editor to design, then place the dynamic variables (e.g. Name and QR) according to your requirement to make your own certificate.

Create an event — Events are the top-level container for a credential campaign and it will also be visible publicly at the certificate / badge verification page. Give it a name — for example, “AWS Summit 2025“ or “Q3 Employee Recognition“.

Create groups (optional) — Add named groups within your event to segment recipients — for example, Speakers, Volunteers, or Cohort A. Especially useful for large events.

Add recipients — Enter recipients manually for small batches or upload a structured CSV. Assign them to groups as needed during import.

Preview and validate — Use the live preview to confirm all field values render correctly before issuing.

Issue credentials — Select the desired certificate template and the receipents (turn on the Auto-send Emails toggle to send the certificates / badges instantly after it gets generated) and Click Issue — Creadefy generates individual high-quality personalized Certificates / Badges for every recipient in your list just in a few seconds.

Deliver — Send credentials by bulk email directly (by selecting recepinets > send emails) from Creadefy manage tab, or download a ZIP archive to distribute through your own channels.

Manage — Revoke, reissue, or track credentials at any time. Status changes are reflected instantly on every public verification page.
Before you begin: You'll need a Creadefy account and a credential design. For bulk credential issuance, prepare a CSV file with at least a name and email column for each recipient.
