Every issued credential has a unique public URL at creadefy.com/verify/<credentialId>. Anyone — an employer, institution, or recruiter — can open that URL and instantly see the credential status (Valid or Revoked), the recipient name, the issuing organization, and a preview of the credential image. No Creadefy account is needed to verify.

Can I issue hundreds of credentials at once?

Yes. Creadefy is built for bulk credential issuance. Upload a CSV file with your recipient list, select your template, and click Issue. Creadefy generates individual PNG credentials for every recipient in parallel. You can then send bulk delivery emails or download a ZIP archive in a single action.

What is the difference between a certificate and a badge?

Both are credential types on Creadefy, but they differ in shape and intent. Certificates are landscape-format documents — formal, detailed, used for course completions and academic achievements. Badges are square icons — compact, shareable, used for skill endorsements, micro-credentials, and community memberships. You can create both types from the same account.

What are dynamic fields and how do I use them?

Dynamic fields are placeholders you define in a template — for example {{name}}, {{course}}, {{date}}. When you issue credentials, Creadefy replaces each placeholder with the corresponding value from your recipient data (either entered manually or from a CSV column). This means one template design can produce thousands of uniquely personalised credentials.

What happens when I revoke a credential?

Revocation is instant and permanent. The moment you revoke a credential, its public verification page switches from Valid to Revoked — no cache delay. The original PNG file the recipient has is unchanged, but any verifier who opens the URL sees the revoked status. You can then reissue a corrected credential, which generates a new PNG with a new verification URL.

Can I resend credential delivery emails?

Yes. Generation and delivery are separate steps. After credentials are generated, you can send or resend the bulk delivery email at any time from the event credentials page. For individual recipients, you can also trigger a single resend from the credential detail page — no need to regenerate.

What is a Verified Organization and how do I get verified?

Accepted Answer

Verified Organizations have had their identity confirmed by the Creadefy team. A verification badge is displayed on all their credential verification pages, increasing trust with employers and institutions. To apply, you need a paid plan (Pro or Enterprise), an organization profile in your dashboard, and supporting documents (e.g. certificate of incorporation). Apply from your organization settings page or contact us directly.

No. Creadefy does not use blockchain. Credential authenticity is verified through Creadefy’s own trust infrastructure — a permanent, tamper-evident record in the platform database. This makes verification instant (no chain lookups), free for verifiers, and completely accessible without wallets or cryptocurrency. It’s simpler, faster, and more practical for everyday credential management.

Can recipients share their credentials on LinkedIn or in email signatures?

Yes. Each credential comes with a permanent verification URL that recipients can add to a LinkedIn profile as a certification, paste into an email signature, or share anywhere on the web. The link is always live and shows real-time status. Recipients can also download the PNG file directly and include it in portfolios or applications.
